Refund Policies for Events

Specific refund policies for each event will be included in the event promotions and confirmation emails.

In general, requests for refunds for in-person events must be sent in writing via email to the NYSCDM Executive Director at least two weeks before the event. When refunds are granted, a small handling fee will be deducted.

During 2022, all events will continue to be held online via Zoom and recorded. Online events are not eligible for refunds because on-demand recordings will be provided after the event. This includes the Fall Symposium, Winter Symposium and Annual Conference.
